Mickey currently serves at the Managing Director for LifeLight Systems overseeing the company’s strategic goals and objectives driving our long-term growth in the telehealth sector. He brings an extraordinary amount of expertise and experience from over 40 years in the call center industry and has been an innovator in call center technology making dramatic improvements in sale closing rates, customer service, customer acquisition, and verification. Recent roles include CEO of AppTech, a publically traded Fintech company where he focused on intellectual property growth and expansion, and founder of Crossfire Marketing Group, a parent for a vast array of marketing service companies. Mr. Gross’ impressive reputation began with Jones Boys Sales and Promotion where he rose from Sales to President to Owner. Over his distinguished career, his growth strategies and groundbreaking programs have positively impacted many industries, including newspaper, long distance deregulation, energy deregulation, Satellite TV, and now remote patient monitoring. He has consistently created sales operation strategies that have brought in 10,000 plus new customers a week for all his clients. Mickey’s unique blend of leadership, vision in the call center business, experience with customer acquisition, and his management of large teams in multiple divisions, will serve LifeLight Systems well.
